from the top chairlift station on Medvědín towards Horní Mísečky to restaurant Stopa (along the red trail)
continue on the red trail towards Harrachova skála with a view of Špindlerův Mlýn and Podkrkonoší
from here, head towards Labská přehrada along the blue trail
cross the dam and return on the green trail along the water to the centre of Špindl
