Chairlifts
In summer in the Špindlerův Mlýn Ski Resort you can take two chairlifts to the surrounding hills: Medvědín and Přední Planina.
Chairlift to Medvědín
- The four-seater chairlift runs from Špindlerův Mlýn to the top of Medvědín at an altitude of 1,235 meters above sea level.
- Medvědín is the starting point for many hiking tours and excursions, offering breathtaking views of Krkonoše.
- There are two beautiful playgrounds with original equipment in the form of giant letters forming the word 'Medvědín' at the top right next to the chairlift's top station.
- Two popular nature trails lead from the top down into the valley - "Medvědí stezka" (Bear way), and a trail called "Špindlmanova mise" (Spindlman´s mission).
- Special „free chairlifts“ offer when staying in selected hotels.

innogy line Svatý Petr chairlift to Přední Planina
- The six-seat innogy line Svatý Petr chairlift leads to an elevation of 1,198 m above sea level.
- It offers a beautiful view of the Špindlerův Mlýn valley, and with good visibility you can even see the whole region.
- At the top you can refresh yourself on the terrace of the panoramic restaurant Na Pláni.
- Children can play at the nearby playground with wood and water elements.
- We recommend going down one of our favorite nature trails to the valley.
