GOPASS e-shop - buy tickets online at the best prices at www.gopass.travel. Use your GOPASS for all purchases at Spindl Motion and Spindl Gastronomy stores, collect points and earn additional rewards and discounts. There is a fee of 75 CZK for issuing the card.
Clients who have purchased hiking tickets to the Špindlerův Mlýn resort online, via www.gopass.travel, need a QR code to pass through the turnstile, which can be found in the email confirmation of purchase. At the turnstile, the QR code must be retrieved from the purchase receipt, which you can carry on paper or retrieve from your mobile phone. You will not be able to use your Gopass chip card.
GOPASS Tickets - automatic self-service points of sale. Tickets purchased through GOPASS Tickets are issued in the form of a QR code, which you scan/scan as you pass through the turnstile.
TICKET POINT - Svatý Petr, Medvědín - Automatic self-service dispensing of a GOPASS card on which your season ticket (Špindl Walk Season Ticket, Gopass SKI Season Ticket) purchased online in the gopass.travel e-shop is loaded. The TICKET POINT is open 24 hours a day. Keep your registered GOPASS card and use it again next time.
Infocentres - Tickets purchased at an infocentre are issued on an Axess contactless chip card. The deposit for the Axess card is 50 CZK. The card can be returned to the machine in the centre. You can pay at the ticket offices in cash or with Eurocard/MasterCard, Maestro, VISA and VISA Electron payment cards. We accept Sodexo Flexi or Multi Pass CARD and Benefit Plus card for 1 ride and a return ticket.
Tickets purchased at the ticket office, TICKET POINT or GOPASS Tickets are valid only on the day of purchase.

Activities - two one-way rides upwards, usable on one or two selected days during 6 days on the 1x Medvědín and 1x innogy line Svatý Petr.
FUN Ticket (cable car + scooter) - a discounted one-way ticket that includes a combination of a cable car ride to the top station of Medvědín and the rental of an off-road scooter. Cannot be purchased at the upper station of the Medvědín cable car. The maximum ride time on the scooter is 1 hour. The scooter can be driven by a person with a minimum height of 140 cm.
- Off-road scooter > 1x cable car ride and downhill ride on an off-road scooter from the upper station of the Medvědín cable car on a marked out track on the ski slope. The maximum ride time on the scooter is 1 hour. The scooter can be driven by a person with a minimum height of 140 cm.
Cyklotour - two one-way tickets only upwards usable in one day on two cable cars (innogy line Svatý Petr / Medvědín >> Herlíkovice - Žalý). On sale: september: sat - sun
Cycle tour "Family" 2+1 / 2+2 - 2x ticket Cycle tour "Adult" + 1x or 2x ticket "Child".
Age is proved on the basis of an identity card, if not issued, then on the basis of an insurance card. Without its presentation, you are not entitled to free use of services and reduced fares in the "Child", "Junior" and "Senior" categories.

Free transport of dogs, bicycles and strollers with a valid ticket.
Check your tickets and cash back immediately at the information centre. Later claims will not be considered. Tickets are non-transferable and must not be lent or resold. The ticket offices and check-in system are monitored by a camera. If the card is used by an unauthorised person, it will be withdrawn or blocked without refund. The turnstile area is monitored. When passing through the turnstile, a photograph is taken and processed and stored by the check-in system. The storage of this personal data - photo lasts for the duration of the ticket validity, after which it is deleted by the system.
