Prices are constantly changing, so if you want to secure the current price shown in the price calendar, it's best to book straight away.

Where can I buy ski passes?

• Online at the website www.gopass.travel for the best prices.
• At GopassTickets self-service cash desks at more favorable prices compared to prices in info centers.
• At the center in the info centers Hromovka, Svatý Petr, Medvědín - prices are fixed.

Once the delivery pass has been purchased online?

You can pick up the Gopass card at client centers located directly in ski resorts and water parks. You can activate the purchased ski pass/ticket on the day of its validity via the QR code that will be sent to your e-mail in the confirmation e-mail.At Gopass Tickets automatic self-service points, you then scan the QR code and the machine will issue you a chip card with a loaded ski pass. The QR code is part of the Purchase Confirmation, which you can find after logging into your Gopass account in the My Orders section. Keep your Gopass card safe after skiing. Every other purchased ski pass is automatically uploaded to it, and upon arrival at the center you will go straight to the turnstile of the cable car without further delay.

What will be the prices of the center's information centers?

The prices of ski passes this season are fixed in the info centers. At information centers they are higher compared to prices online at www.gopass.travel and prices at Gopass Tickets self-service ticket offices.

How far in advance do you need to buy a ski pass to get the most value?

The sooner the better. FLEXI prices respond to current interest in ski passes in a specific resort on a selected day. Based on this and other factors, prices are constantly changing and therefore it is possible for them to change even within a few minutes. If you want to secure the price of the ski pass shown, it is best to book it now.

Could it be that I buy a ski pass now in advance and the price will be lower in the center information centers?

It can't, the pre-sale prices are always more favorable than the prices in the info centers in the center.

Can I return a pre-purchased ski pass or change the date of its use? Will my price stay the same or will it change? Is there a charge for this change?

Yes, if you have purchased a ski pass in advance for a specific date and something gets in the way of your planned skiing, it doesn't matter, you won't lose your money. In the section My orders - Active orders/services, you can cancel your ski pass and we will return the amount for its purchase to your credit minus a symbolic fee of CZK 30. In this way, the ski pass can be canceled no later than 23:59 of the previous day for which the ski pass is purchased.

If you want to cancel the ski pass on the same day it was purchased, you can do so no later than 11:59 a.m. and only if you have not gone through the turnstile at the cable car with this ski pass on that day. The purchase price will be returned to you as a credit, reduced by the amount of CZK 150. With multi-day ski passes, you cannot cancel individual days, but always only the entire ski pass as it was purchased. Use the credit to purchase a ski pass on a new date. If the ski pass is more expensive than the balance of your credit on the newly chosen date, you can pay the difference with a credit card.
