Špindlerův Mlýn is wellknown mountain centre of the Czech Republic. Except winter time is Špindlerův Mlýn ideal place for summer holiday.

Skiareal Špindlerův Mlýn ensures in areas Svatý Petr and Medvědín summer operation of two chair lifts with transport of bicycles. Top stations of both chair lifts are starting places for touristic routes and offer beautifull views to ridges of Giant Mountains including view to the highest mountain in Czech Republic - Sněžka (1602 m above sea level). Špindlerův Mlýn is place for tourism from 700 to 1400 m sea level.

Tennis courtes are opened daily in area Svatý Petr from May to October. From June 2001 will be opened new downhill and dual race for mountain bicycles. Mountain bike competition race are opened for training with using chair lift transport in Svatý Petr. Areas Svatý Petr and Medvědín are starting places for paragliding.

Špindlerův Mlýn further offers high accommodation capacity, indoor swimming pools, lending offices of bicycles, restaurants, discotheques and wine bars with dancing. Visitors can use other services: fitness centres, squash, summer bob-sleigh trace.
